Hola, Namaste, G’Day!! IndiMex Café Bar Restaurant is opening at a brand new location at 36 Baroona Road, Milton this Friday, 1^st December. For over three years, the eatery that pumps out signature cuisine known as “funky Indian with a Mexican twist” has been delighting customers at 401 Logan Road, Greenslopes and Chef/Owner GJ Singh was under pressure to spread the love. As with his generous servings, Singh is equally keen to ensure his customers are satisfied wherever they may be located.

This year, he launched IndiMex On Wheels, a bright red, full-service food truck that’s been rolling up to festivals, fetes and fiestas all over Brisbane, up and down both coasts and even further afield.

IndiMex at Milton is destined to be the ultimate summer food and beverage destination with covered al fresco dining, fresh, tantalising dishes, a dedicated Tequila bar offering matching pre-shot licking salts and a sophisticated drinks menu, including craft beers.

‘Funky Indian with a Mexican twist’ has proven to be a winner with fans of both Indian and Mexican cuisine. The signature IndiMex menu covers breakfast, lunch and dinner and has turned fascination and even reluctance into passion and cravings. Nachos Brekkie, along with Bunny Chow Brekkie and Ultimate Tostada Brekkie have become big sellers in the restaurant and on the food truck. For lunch and dinner, IndiMex’s burritos, enchiladas, quesadillas, chimichangas and fajitas are loaded with Indian curry flavours and succulent meats or virtuous vegies. For summer feasting, IndiMex applies its characteristic ‘funky’ twist to Burrito Bowls, which, given the IndiMex treatment, stamp their own mark.
